1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Time8. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Time8 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the time8.my website and all related services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the time8 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from using the time8 platform.

Time8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those updated Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use time8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident in Malaysia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any gambling exclusion list maintained by a relevant government body or regulatory authority.
• You are not playing on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold more than one (1) active account on the time8 platform.

Time8 reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents such as a MyKad, passport, or other supporting documents. Players who fail to meet the eligibility requirements may have their accounts suspended or closed without prior notice.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account at time8. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts and balances being frozen.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as shown on your MyKad.
• Using an active email address that belongs to you.
• Provide a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Setting a strong, unique password for your time8 account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Time8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Time8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via approved local payment methods. All transactions are processed in RM with no currency conversion fees.

All deposited funds must originate from an account registered in the same player's name. Time8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Time8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, individual payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Fund Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account's identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved by time8.
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• The account is not under suspension or investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on the player's VIP tier. Standard-tier players may withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits.

Withdrawal processing time is within 1 to 24 hours on standard business days. Requests requiring additional review may take up to 3 business days. Time8 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security investigation purposes.

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by time8 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x depending on the bonus type.
• Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate maximum withdrawal limit.
• Time8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus terms are found to have been abused.

7 Game Rules

All games on the time8 platform — including slots, Live Casino, poker, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, Virtual Sports, and e-sports — are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and time8's policies.

• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed. time8's RNG has been independently certified by a third-party testing body.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that results in an undeterminable outcome, time8 reserves the right to void the round and refund the wagered amount to the player.
• Sports Betting: Any bet placed after the start of a live sporting event is subject to in-play betting conditions. The odds displayed are current at the time the bet is placed.
• Poker: time8 poker tables operate under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Any attempt to collude with other players or use third-party assistance software is strictly prohibited.

Time8 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system to monitor all gaming activity. Players suspected of fraud, collusion, or any form of game manipulation will be immediately blocked and may face legal action.

8 Player Conduct

All time8 players are required to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other players or time8 staff.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Committing or attempting to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing another person to access your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about time8 to the public.

Any breach of the above conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the violation. Time8 reserves the right to make the final decision in all conduct breach cases.

9 Privacy & Data Security

Time8 takes the protection of all players' personal data seriously. Any information you provide to time8 will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By using the time8 platform, you agree that we may collect, process, and store your personal data — including your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and gaming activity data — for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC/AML compliance.
• Secure processing of financial transactions.
• Improving user experience and personalizing content.
• Service communications and promotional information (with your consent).
• Fraud detection and prevention.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Time8 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age.
• The player is found to hold multiple accounts on the time8 platform.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a serious breach of these Terms.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the time8 support team. Any valid remaining balance in an account closed at the player's request will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no active breaches of these Terms.

11 Liability Disclaimer

The time8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, time8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Time8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the time8 platform.
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or system errors beyond our control.
• Betting or game outcomes that are not in the player's favor.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of our services.

Time8's total maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Time8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
